The plastic(PTFE,PE,PP or PVC)-tightly-lined steel pipe is a high-performance antiseptic pipe and its structure can be divided into interior and exterior layers.Its exterior layer is the seamless steel pipe,fitted with steel flanges on both ends and the inner lining layer in contact with corrosive media is the plastic pipe with flanged edges on both ends.The two layers are tightly compounded through special process. Such pipeline is characterized by both relatively stronger antiseptic and abrasion-proof traits and better strength and anti-ageing properties,and easy for installation and application, and also it can be adopted the different inner lining materials according to different media.

II.Steel Pipe with Plastic(PE or PO)Lined Inside by Hot Rolling

　　The steel pipe with plastic lined inside by hot rolling is a compounded pipe with a 2-8mm firm and uniform inner lining layer formed on the working surface through thermal fusion of plastic and steel in hot rolling process,being adopted high-performance thermoplastic powder raw materials(PE or PO)and rational recipe with air as dispersion medium,with steel workpiece as basal body. Such composite pipe features an unrestricted structure and shape of workpiece,both interior and exterior surfaces of the steel pipe are able to be rolled to line.After being lined,the surface is smooth and bright,not liable for fouling,temperature tolerant,abrasion proof,and antiseptic, especially applicable for pneumatic dust transmission systems as an abrasion-proof pipeline.
　　Polvolefine(PO) means homopolymer and copolymer with propylene,butylenes,and ethylene as main materials and others as auxiliary materials, also including some modified,cross-blended and enhanced compounds,as one of the most ideal antiseptic materials at present.It is a new-type antiseptic material internationally developed in the 90s of last century, with advantages of antiseptics,abrasion-proofing,impact tolerance,anti-ageing,antistatic,high mechanical strength,wide scope of temperature for application,and so on.
　　The steel pipe with PO lined inside by hot rolling is formed through the imported raw material fusing with metal into one by the new process of thermal fusion and rotary formation and the advanced production equipment,adopted scientific formulation. It is able to resist corrosions of strong acid,strong alkali,as well as strong oxidants and various organic solvents,be tolerant to negative pressure and antistatic,replace stainless steel,aluminum,titanium,ceramic,glass steel,rubber and other toxicity-free and smell-less lining products under 25℃ and 100℃ cold and hot alternating environments,and able to be used as civil water supply pipes as well.
　　The manufacturing process for steel pipe series with plastic(PO or PE)lined inside by hot rolling is not restricted by shape of workpiece.They are easy for connection by either flange or clipped flexible section heads,the latter have been used for underground pipes more frequently.

III.Steel Equipment with Plastic Lined Inside by Hot Rolling

Equipment structure and shape are not restricted and we can either process small-sized storage tanks or manufacture as per incoming drawings.
It is monolithic and the coating thickness can reach 5-10mm as per size of workpiece.
