I.HDPE-Tightly-Lined Steel Pipe
HDPE-lined steel pipe is a new type abrasion-proof pipe through extrusion formation of modified
high-density polyethylene raw material and further compounded with steel pipe.It is mainly used for
transmission of water coal slurry, ore pulp, mortar, pulp dregs, strong brine, and other solid and liquid
slurries, with excellent tolerance to chemical corrosion, abrasion, and weather,as well as resistance to
creepage and impact, etc, and its performance is able to reach the advanced international level.

Specifications and size of HDPE-lined steel pipe are the same as those for PP-lined steel pipe and refer to the dimensionseries.
II. UHMW-PE-Tightly-Lined Steel Pipes
UHMW-PE-tightly-lined steel pipe is compounded through scientific process between ultrahigh molecular
weight PE pipe and carbon steel pipe. The abrasion tolerance of its inner lining layer tops among
plastic materials, and the properties of impact tolerance, corrosion tolerance, self lubrication, as well
as impact absorption,anti-felt,and other traits lead the present existing compounded pipes.
UHMW-PE-tightly-lined steel pipes are mainly used for transmission of powder coal ash and return
pipeline of firepower generating system, tail mines and transmission of slurry for mining industry, HP
transmission of powder coal and water coal slurry for coal mining industry and coal preparation
plants,as well as transfer of slurry and dreg contained corrosive media for other sectors.

III.The steel Pipe with PU Lined by HOt Rolling
The steel pipe with PU lined by hot rolling organically combines metal and PU elastomers through
advanced manufacturing process and has the features of excellent antifriction, acid and alkali
tolerance,radiation tolerance,anti-hydrolysis and anti-ageing,high elasticity,and anti-mechanical
properties. It is widely, widely applicable to industries such as mine, machinery, coal, electric
power,metallurgy,petroleum,architecture,and other industries.
