The FRP series compounded pipie,also called FRP wrapped composite pipe.is formed by being adopted hard plastic pipe (PVC or PP) as basal body and two R-philic adhesives as special interface transitional layers,and glass steel material further for circumferential wrapping. The product has both antiseptic property innate with plastic pipes and comparatively higher strength for pressure tolerance and trait.They are trait,light in weight,wide in application,an excellent in performance, able to replace stainless steel pipelines on certain occasions.
The complete FRP pipe is composed of antiseptic an leakproof inner lining layer,strength layer,and exterior layer,featuring good performance of temperature and corrosion tolerance,with resin glass fiber as reinforced layer.The service lifespan of the product can reach as long as more than 30 years and the products are widely used in a myriad of arenas such as petroleum,chemical industry,chemical fertilizer ,metallurgy,light industry, electricpower, machinery, mine, transportation, water feed and drainage,national defense construction,and others.
